Clodforwn mwy y Proffwyd mawr
  A ddaeth i lawr o'r nefoedd,
I wir oleuo'r ddaear hon,
  Iuddewon a Chenhedloedd.

Enyned ein calonau ni
  Fel lamp yn llosgi'n oleu;
A rhoddwn glod a mawl o hyd
  I'n Proffwyd mawr ei ddoniau.

Dyrchafwn trwy'r uchelder fry
  Anrhydedd Iesu grasol;
A seiniwn glod ei enw glān
  Ar felys gan dragwyddol.

Let us extol evermore the great Prophet
  Who came down from heaven,
Truly to light this earth,
  Jews and Gentiles.

Let our hearts be kindled
  Like a lamp burning brightly;
And let us render acclaim and praise always
  To our Prophet who has great gifts.

Let us raise up through the heights above
  The honour of gracious Jesus;
And let us sound the acclaim of his holy name
  On a sweet, eternal song.
